The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are the property of CodexWeba. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. The figures shown in examples on this site are fictitious.
These terms apply to the services CodexWeba offers to businesses: management reviews, design of dashboards and business tools, and monthly support. Each service is covered by a written fixed-price proposal (quote), accepted in writing by the client before work begins.
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate where relevant. Prices shown on the site are indicative; only the accepted quote is binding. The management review fee is deducted from any subsequent order for a dashboard or business tool.
For reviews, dashboards and business tools: 50% on acceptance of the quote (deposit) and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer. Work starts on receipt of the deposit. Monthly support is invoiced monthly.
The client provides the exports, files and information needed for the assignment. Analyses and tools rely on this data, and its accuracy is the client's responsibility. Recommendations are a decision-making aid; the client remains solely responsible for the management decisions they make.
All data and information provided by the client are strictly confidential. They are used only for the assignment, never disclosed to third parties, and deleted or returned at the end of the assignment at the client's request. A confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
Each stage is presented to the client for approval. After delivery, the client has 15 days to report any defect in writing; if no comment is received within that period, the service is deemed accepted. Reported defects are fixed free of charge. Any request outside the original quote is covered by an additional quote.
Monthly support is taken out for a minimum of 3 months. After that, it can be cancelled at any time in writing, effective at the end of the current month.
If the client cancels after accepting the quote, CodexWeba retains the deposit for the work already carried out. Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
The delivered tool becomes the client's property once paid in full. The client may then use and modify it freely for their own needs. CodexWeba retains ownership of its methods, know-how and generic, non-client-specific components, which it may reuse.
CodexWeba is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for decisions made by the client, for errors in the data provided, or for interruptions or changes to third-party services (till software, spreadsheets, hosting). In any event, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent Belgian courts.

Through the “Request a review” form, CodexWeba collects:
This data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to send you a proposal. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Your data is kept for no more than 12 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together. Accounting documents (quotes, invoices) are kept for the period required by law.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. Form messages pass through the EmailJS service, which forwards them to CodexWeba's mailbox; this service applies its own privacy policy.
Management data provided by a client (sales, stock, files) is processed solely on that client's behalf, as part of their assignment, and never reused for any other purpose. If it contains personal data, CodexWeba acts as the client's processor.
This site uses no cookies, and no analytics or advertising tools.
Your language choice (FR, NL or EN) is stored in your browser's local storage, only to show you the site in the right language. This information is not sent to any server.
Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
