Monthly support

So your tools stay up to date, and your numbers get read, not just produced.

  • Essential: maintenance, fixes and small improvements to your tools
  • Management: Essential, plus a monthly review of your numbers with me (1.5 hours)
  • 3-month minimum, then no commitment

Please note: meetings and calls are held in French, but your tools can be delivered in English or Dutch.

Payment: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Monthly support is invoiced monthly.

No. I work from the exports your till already produces (Excel or CSV). The way you take payments doesn't change.

Brand tools are designed for the network. I build what's missing to run your own store: your real margin, your costs, your budget.

We keep what works and replace what wastes your time. The goal is fewer files, not one more.

Yes. It is used only for your assignment and never shared with third parties. I can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.

Yes. Once the work is paid in full, the tool is yours and you can use it without limits.

None at all. The tool is designed to be used by you and your department managers. Onboarding is part of the service.

Because it's real analysis work, useful even if you go no further. And if you do go further, the fee is deducted.

Yes, up to about ten locations: a consolidated view and a view per store, so you compare like with like.
